The view from my room was very nice, waking up every day to the sight of the ocean was nice. The breakfast was not just good, it was served poolside, surrounded by nature's beauty which made the mornings splendid.

I had a fantastic stay in a Deluxe Room with amazing ocean views that made my mornings special. The breakfast, served poolside, was delicious, with a great variety that included freshly made options. The highlight though was definitely the staff. they went above and beyond, especially Carmen at the bar and Kenia during breakfast, who provided exceptional service. I would have loved newer pool lounge chairs for added comfort.

Several areas show signs of neglect, with particularly noticeable maintenance issues like broken steps and a half-full, non-working jacuzzi. The dining options lack flexibility. there's no food service until 3 PM, which might not suit everyone. Additionally, pricing for meals can feel steep, especially given the underwhelming execution of basic dishes that miss the mark.
